Returns & Exchanges Policy

At CuoreBaby, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with our hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations:

• We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
• Please contact us within 4 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
• Items must be shipped back to us within 15 days of delivery.
• If you need to cancel your order, please request a cancellation within 4 hours of purchase.

Conditions of Return:

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

1. Contact us within 4 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
3. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

Please note that personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
